David Cooper - CEO
David has over thirty years experience in the civil construction, earthmoving, mining and rural sectors. A background in agriculture cemented Davids’ can-do attitude and this flows on to his many talented staff.
His skills in a wide variety of industries makes him the one stop shop for getting things done. Uniquely, David has qualifications in all areas of his expertise and is fully compliant with all current legislations and codes.
As a developer, David has delivered all roads and associated services on housing, commercial and rural projects and has a building portfolio on a wide range of construction jobs.
David has been the supervisor on large scale mine site construction that have built Raw Water Dams, Environmental Dams, Tailings Dams and associated infrastructure. He has done civil works on coal wash plants including the earthmoving and concrete works.
He has built many hard stand pads for the rural industry, mining industry and the building industry. David has a reputation for delivering projects with a strong emphasis on quality and value. He will make the job happen.

Shane Williamson
Shane leads the Coops Maintenance team, coordinating the workshop, maintenance and mining projects and Plant & Equipment.
A community minded leader with strong family values and a happy go lucky persona, Shane offers solutions to on the ground problems as they arise. Shane is among our working supervisors who guides and teaches our men. We have a strong belief in cross training and up-skilling staff to create not only a diverse but motivated team.
Shane is by no means an exception to this rule. Shanes experience in maintenance, property services and earthworks makes him just the right man to lead the team to achieving great results and happy customers.

Coralee Maher
Coralee leads Coops administration team with her excellent organisational and analytical skills.
This combined with her strong problem-solving skills and investigative nature ensures our continued success.
With a background in administration and finance management with small to medium enterprises, Coralee displays a strong commercial awareness, high level numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency and profitability of Coops.
